We are looking for a new colleague within our Customer Service Department.
• University degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office)
• Good command of English (fluent in speaking, proficiency in understanding and writing)
• Attention to details, decision-making and analytical skills, prioritization skills
• Good teamwork skills, positive attitude
Your tasks include mainly:
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Processing orders in the system and keeping good track on them;
• Calculating offers, based on the given information;
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Maintaining good relationships between departments: DTP, Finance, QC, Production and Logistics;
• Following internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
