We are looking for a new colleague for our Customer Service Department.
For you to be suited for this position, you should have:
- University degree;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations;
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office);
- Good command of English (fluent in speaking, proficiency in understanding and writing);
- Attention to details, decision-making and analytical skills, prioritization skills;
- Good teamwork skills, positive attitude
Your main responsibilities, as Customer Service Specialist, will be:
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Processing orders in the system and keeping good track on them;
- Calculating offers, based on the given information;
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Maintaining good relationships between departments: DTP, Finance, QC, Production and Logistics;
- Following internal communication procedures, guidelines and policies
