In 2022 we updated our ESG ambitions leading up to 2030. Part of this exercise was defining our scope and priorities. Based on the impact of our business operations, the following areas are considered priorities:

  • Offering lower-carbon gifts & services
  • Improvement of ESG conditions in our supply chain
  • Clear and transparent communication
  • Connecting our day-to-day activities to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) fits with our ambitions to drive positive change.

Our core values—Respect, Responsibility, and Results—reflect our commitment to making a positive impact through our business activities. We aim to reduce our environmental footprint while enhancing our social and governance contributions by acknowledging the roles of all stakeholders.

  • Water: Reducing technological water use by over 40% from 2021 to 2022.
  • Air: Decreasing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions each year.
  • Soil: Ensuring all recyclable waste is properly collected, recycled, or reused.
  • Biodiversity: Minimizing impact on local flora and fauna, maintaining a well-balanced approach to environmental protection.
  • Resources: Continuously reducing our footprint by installing 1,072 solar panels to enhance energy efficiency.

All our chemicals comply with REACH regulations, and none are on the SVHC list.

We have monitored our CO2 equivalent emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 since 2020, setting targets to improve data collection and reduce our carbon footprint.

Our future actions focus on lowering our environmental impact, consuming fewer resources or switching to green sources, reducing waste, and creating a positive social impact.
