General facts
- This is a dry printing method in which a heated mold is used to apply graphics to a surface.
- Elegant look with high resistance in time.

Artwork / Logo
- Logo – Small details will not be visible
- Size – 100X100 mm
- Normal hot stamping – the logo will keep the color of the material
- Hot stamp with foil – Gold, silver or black. We can also use transparent or colored foil but only on request.
- Printing limitations – 10 mm from edges, stitches etc.
Logo details
- Texts in positive must be bigger than 2 mm height
- Texts in negative must be bigger than 2.5 mm height
- The line thickness in positive must be bigger than 0.5 mm
- For hot stamp with foil, we don’t recommend stamping of completely solid areas (100% coverage) that are more than 10×10 mm.
Suitable for
- Suitable only for flat and even items.
- Hot stamping is not suitable for items with foam inside like some portfolios because the logo will not be pressed evenly
- Maximum item height – 30mm
